"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Sube la foto que quieras poner y cuando vas a poner la categoría, selecciona Deviant Releated > DeviantID. Luego vas a cambiar el profile y donde pone DeviantID, le das a la foto.

You should try making the same sort of work you're doing now but with pictures of your own. It'll give you a much broader base to work on since you can decide poses and stuff like that yourself, if you work with yourself or a model.
Also, I think the pictures that you've used might be copyrighted. Someone must own them. And unless you've got the Ok's or rights from that person... I dont think dA like that, i'm not gonna tell anyone - just saying so you get a heads-on if someone comes bothering you.
